Conference Venue

For an affordable and centrally located conference venue, River Square Shopping Centre is your ideal choice! Perfect for small conventions, business meetings and events, the venue offers a variety of set-up options and facilities.

The venue can house approximately 30 people and is fully air-conditioned. A projector and sound equipment are available with perfect acoustics (the venue is completely sound proof) and multiple power points are located within the venue. There is a standard white board for presentations and dedicated toilet facilities are located close to the venue.

The facility is situated on the first floor next to the Centre Management Office with access control in a safe and secure environment.

Refreshments can be ordered from one the centre's many restaurants or food traders.

The average price per person for an event is R120 inc. VAT for part or full day. Package deals for regular bookings can be negotiated.
